We are currently unable to take custom orders. However, we do offer unpainted (raw) boards if you're interested in painting/customizing your own board. Feel free to contact us with any further questions regarding the raw boards. Also, we're always welcome to any suggestions for new products, so please email us your ideas!
If I purchase a blank board, can I put pictures in the top space instead of a saying? TOP
Unfortunately, no. The top space is not the right size & does not have grooves to hold pictures. As soon as we see enough interest, however, we will design new boards with just pictures--without the space at top for a saying. So if you're interested in something like this, contact us and let us know! On the other hand, blank boards are perfect for customizing with your own vinyl, wood letters, or even ribbon.

How soon will I receive my board? TOP
In general, we ship out orders twice a week--Wednesdays & Saturdays. ORDERS PLACED MON-WED WILL SHIP OUT ON SATURDAY. ORDERS PLACED THURS-SUN WILL SHIP OUT ON WEDNESDAY. (NOTE: Timing may change with holidays. Also, very large and/or custom orders may take longer.) All boards are shipped via UPS or USPS and will be delivered 2-5 business days from shipping date--depending on the shipping option you choose. If you need to rush your order or have it delivered by a specific date, please email us at info@thepictureboard.com, and we will do our best to accomodate you (increased shipping costs may apply).
How is your shipping calculated? TOP
Shipping costs are calculated using real-time shipping rates through UPS & USPS based on weight, size, & distance from our warehouse. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS & include tracking emails & insurance. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@thepictureboard.com.

Yes! We are located in Orem, UT and we love local pickups! (It saves us both on shipping costs!) Items may be returned within 14 days for exchange only, less shipping costs. Contact us at info@thepictureboard.com for more information. Our #1 goal is to keep you happy, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please let us know.
My board was damaged during shipping. What do I do? TOP
We do our very best to package our boards securely as to prevent any damage during shipping, but occasionally damages do occur. Please contact us at info@thepictureboard.com ASAP and include pictures of the damaged board(s). We will submit a UPS claim & send you a replacement board at no cost.
